VDub's new brand -- BlueMotionTechnologies -- is focused on fuel-efficiency and low-emissions. It includes a mix of hybrids, clean diesels and natural gas vehicles. VW just launched 3 Passats under the brand, and is previewing its Touareg Hybrid.
