Training Progress

Whoo hoo! I'm beginning to see progress in my training for the 5K. I've moved from 30 minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week to 45 minutes of aerobic exercise 5 times a week. I'm beginning to feel healthier and more energetic. Though I have to admit that I am always hungry. I'm surprised that I am not gaining a ton of weight. I guess the difference is that I am not just heading home from work and sitting on the couch. My clothes are fitting better now, another wonderful side effect of the training regimen. It's really amazing what getting up and moving around does for you. Not that I was a complete slug, but you know what I mean.
