I am the type of person who will research a project or an idea until I feel I have enough information to move forward. Sometimes that means reading lots of articles or books (which I rarely have time for), asking lots of questions, tapping into contacts and connections, getting and evaluating feedback all the while keeping a goal in mind.
This "research" continues on until overlap begins, until I start to see some sort of repetition in the information. When that point is reached, it is time to piece the puzzle together, to connect the ideas and the thoughts, and to come up with something new (or at least new to me).
I am beginning to reach the point of newness or innovation with one of my projects. I'm quite excited to see where it ends up. Stay tuned...
